Team Emma’s volunteers have been working hard getting our lawn signs ready - and we start installing them tomorrow, August 26th. 

This weekend I was delighted to participate in the Fancy Women Bike Ride, organized by Bike Winnipeg and led by Patty Wiens (aka Winnipeg’s Bicycle Mayor). The ride celebrates the important role the humble bicycle played in women’s equality, autonomy and right to vote.

Earlier this week, Team Emma was door-knocking around Hampstead School, which is one of the schools I'm really proud to have partnered with this past year.

One common thing we hear when we're out knocking on doors in Elmwood-East Kildonan is: "I can't vote". Here's why we want to talk to you anyway!

We hit two big campaign milestones today: publishing our platform and heading out for our first door-knocking shift!
